Automatic Deletion Policy
Good news: You don’t need to do anything! Your account will be automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. This means if you haven’t logged in or used the app for 90 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
This automated process ensures compliance with GDPR privacy standards without requiring any action from you.
Request Immediate Deletion
If you prefer to delete your account immediately instead of waiting for the automatic 90-day deletion, you can submit a manual deletion request using the form below.
Please note:
- This action cannot be undone
- All your data will be permanently deleted
- You’ll lose access to all features and saved information
- This action is immediate once processed

- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your deletion request:
- Verification: We’ll verify your identity using the provided email
- Processing: Your account will be marked for deletion within 24-48 hours
- Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email when the process starts
- Completion: All data will be permanently removed within 7 days
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal information (name, email, profile data)
- Family member associations
- Activity logs and health tracking data
- Medication records
- Notes and shared information
- Premium subscription status
- All other account-related data
Data Retention Exception
Please note that we may retain certain anonymized/aggregated data for:
- Legal compliance requirements
- Security and fraud prevention
- Analytics (no personally identifiable information)
